By creating an account or using the [Ultimate Business Engine](https://business.webassets.tech/), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Use of Service
- Eligibility: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, data scraping, or unauthorized distribution of the software's source code.
3. Subscription and Payments
FlowStack operates on a SaaS (Software as a Service) model. Payments are processed according to your chosen plan (e.g., Retail Master or Ultimate Engine Pro). Subscriptions will automatically disable upon expiry unless renewed.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of FlowStack—including but not limited to its design, code, and branding—are the exclusive property of WebAssets. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the software according to your purchased plan.
5. Data and Privacy
Your data security is our priority. While we implement enterprise-grade security on our Laravel-based infrastructure, you retain ownership of the data you input. WebAssets is not liable for data loss resulting from user negligence or third-party breaches outside our direct control.
6. Limitation of Liability
WebAssets provides FlowStack "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features within FlowStack to improve the system. We will notify users of significant changes that affect their core subscription via the dashboard or email.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the region of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India, where WebAssets is headquartered.
